Make My Career TERMS & CONDITIONS
The present Terms & Conditions document is being published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Rules thereunder, including but not limited to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
We welcome you to the Make My Career website and Make My Career mobile app. The Website and the App are provided by Nine Grapes Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at Nine Grapes Private Limited India WZ-1390/4A, Janakpuri, D Block, Pankha Rd, Nangal Raya, New Delhi, Delhi 110046.
The purpose of this Terms of Use states that accessing the Platform together with any study material made available or uploaded or downloaded, from here shall collectively be referred to as the "Services".
To use or access the Platform in any way you have to agree to the Terms of Use. Only after that you can use or access the Platform in any way such as for registration, sharing, downloading, or uploading any service. By accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by Make My Career Policies, including but not limited to the Make My Career Privacy Policy and the Make My Career Copyright Policy.

If an account has been disabled or deactivated for inactivity, the user name linked with that account may be given to another user without any notice to you or such other party. If you violate the Terms of Use, Make My Career may at its sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate the paid Services offered on the Platform.
All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights may remain with Make My Career or it’s partners who have granted Make My Career the right to use their content and are protected to the fullest extent possible by applicable laws for all the services, including but not limited to digital content on the website i.e. text, graphics, user interface, images, video interface and software, their selection and arrangement. Any unauthorized or illegal use of the Services may violate such laws and the Terms of Use. Make My Career reserves all its legal rights to prohibit, stop, or contain any such violations.

You may find promotions and advertisements of third parties’ products and services on this Platform to any extent. If you deal, communicate, or build relationships with any of the third parties via the advertisement from the Platform, including buying, or paying for any products or delivery or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, will solely be your matter and Make My Career will be not accountable for any of it.
In case if you occur any damage due to such dealings or you trust any of these advertisements because they are there on the Platform, Make My Career shall not be responsible for any of it. In the same interest, we request you to please read and visit any of such third parties with full consciousness.

Overall, by agreeing to this term and conditions document you permit Make My Career, Nine Grapes Integrated Services Private Limited. to send messages/emails/newsletters or call you on your registered contact number/e-mail id regarding the different discount schemes and product launches. This consent will override any registration for DND/DNC/NDNC.
Other websites’ links on this Platform may redirect you. These links present on Platform are not covered by Terms of Use. After leaving our servers, your interactions with any such third parties will be at your own risk. Make My Career will not be held responsible for any default, loss of action/function, or any risk or consequence that you may be exposed to as a result of the same.
In case if your access or use of the Platform or Services is found spam, unethical, malicious, misleading, or has promotional unsolicited emails or newsletters, Make My Career preserves its right to stop such activities for or against such use by you, considering to all other remedies available at law or in equity. Any allegation that while using any of the software made available on the Platform you infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party and/or any dealings between you and any third parties advertising or promoting or linked via the Platform.

Terms of Use have been governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. The courts in Prayagraj will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any such disputes to the exclusion of all other courts in case of any disputes.
