In this Privacy Policy we have explained all the terms and conditions of Make My Career’s website and mobile application with respect to the disclosure, collection, storage, usage and protection of your information at the time you engage with the Website and the App.

When you use any platform to register, sign in, create a user account, purchase a test series, video course, attempt a mock test, or more by interacting through third party websites or mobile applications or by any other mode of communication with the Platform Make My Career will/may collect all your details from the same Platform. Your details shall include your name, date of birth, gender, demographic information, photos, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number, credit or debit card details, geographical location, mailing address, social media account details including list of contacts/ friends and examination preference or more.
2. At the time you are using the Platform, all this information will make you a validated user of Make My Career to provide the services to you. Services will include administration of your user account, notifications of changes to the Service or about any changes to our terms and conditions or privacy policy, to manage business, including financial reporting and billing of Services, to keep you updated with the development of new products and services, by sending you newsletters, offers and promotion coupons to market and advertise its products and services through email, to comply with applicable laws, court orders and government enforcement agency requests, for research and analytic purposes including to improve the quality of the Service and to ensure that the Service is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device.

Payment /Purchase Information: If you wish to access certain paid features and services on the Platform, then you may be required to create or log into a separate account on a payment gateway or website such "Google Pay", "UPI", "Net Banking", "Paytm" or any other wallets. Once such an account is created, in order to process your payments/ purchases on the Platform, such payment gateway providers may require and collect your details like your name, address, phone number, email address and credit or debit card information credit, net-banking information or details of any web wallets maintained by you. There will be no information passed or relayed to Make My Career on any payments made/processed or details provided to or shared with such authorized payment gateway providers. Such gateway payment providers directly will be storing all the information. Platform will forbid the charges of sharing any information to such payment providers.
